A man, a little hairy man, is said to be roaming the county telling people he is chief of police Rhorererer and is handing out awards at random. He is said to be armed with a public checkbook and is willing to use it.

"He burst in" said one homeowner and said "I am very much the Rhorerer man and I want very much to give you an award, very much" and he did.....I feel so...so used and dirty"
