What the hell is it with these cops and shooting dogs?

DeKalb Co GA cop went to the wrong address while responding to a domestic disturbance call where he then fatally shot a dog that was chained to a garage… then detained the owner at gunpoint… where he then allegedly threatened to shoot him to when he questioned the officer about what happened.
