Big news, cops give out award

Chief Roherehr gives out....yeah, I know...yet ANOTHER AWARD....doesn't this guy have a job?.... this one went to Sam Lipshitz for "Being really tall and everything". The award came with a one million dollar prize, becuase the chief said "It ain't my money"
