A spokesperson for the Fairfax County Police said "We were having a difficult time transporting our police....um...okay, I'll call them women, around the county, you know they're big girls, very very big girls, and needed something a little larger, so we had a few million bucks laying around and decided to waste it on this, I mean screw it, we don't live here, it's not our money"
